Salted Butter is back!

Hello again—from my table to yours.

Well hello again,

I just dimmed the lights, grabbed my glass of rosé, and sat down across from my five year old son at the table, who is eating an everything bagel (has great taste) and coloring quietly (should be in bed). As I opened my laptop he asked me what I was doing and I said I was about to write a newsletter. “To who?”  “Why?” were the first questions he asked. 

Answering him has helped me write this, which has felt daunting and new, even though it’s something I know and am just bringing back to life. To simply put it, I love to cook and I want to share that love, and although there’s no shortage of ideas and recipes out in the world, I feel a desire to share it and connect with you all.

The first recipe (teased in the trailer below) goes out next Thursday! For now I just wanted to reach out, say hello again, and whether you are someone who already shares a love for the kitchen or is just curious about stepping inside, I hope you’ll join us each week. Maybe you’ll learn a few things, we’ll definitely eat a lot of good things, and we’ll all be better for it.
